Bosch Integra 800 Plus Series : SHX68E15UC Fully Integrated Dishwasher - Stainless Steel

History of Bosch 1886 - A modern industrial giant began humbly enough when German engineer, Robert Bosch, opened his Workshop for Precision Mechanics and Engineering. 1906 - Bosch had established its first U.S. subsidiary. That was followed by 60 years of growth into what became the Robert Bosch LLC. 1990 - Through acquisitions and innovation engineering, Bosch Appliances had grown to 41 subsidiaries worldwide. 1997 - Bosch made a bold commitment to the U.S. market with the construction of the New Bern, North Carolina Dishwasher plant. 2001 - Bosch Appliances are now available in 100 countries across the globe. The brand is proud to be ranked as the #1 and #2 dishwashers in a leading consumer magazine. 2002 - The on-going quality dedication and quest for innovation continue to make Bosch the leader in upscale appliances. Unmatched silence. Unrivalled energy and water efficiency. That's the story behind every Bosch dishwasher. Their dishwashers are manufactured to the strictest specifications using the highest quality materials. What's more, they are intelligently designed with a host of conveniences to make everyday use a pleasure, and engineered to deliver sparkling clean dishes wash after wash. Available at AJ Madison. Bosch Outperforms Miele By Out-Engineering Them. For the 800 Plus, quieter and more efficient translates into operating as quietly as 40 dBA and using 156% less water than the average dishwasher - numbers that Miele just can't match. And with the unique AquaStop Plus safety feature and a third-rack design that fits small cutlery as well as larger, oddly shapped items, you'll see for yourself how the 800 Plus stacks up to the Miele line.

Quality does not come close to matching the price by Paul Derby We just replace a 11-year GE Profile, which never had any problem with the top of the line Bosch Integra 800 plus XHX68E15UC machine. The machine is nice to see and extremely quiet. However, there are two design flaws that you should know before you drop $ 1.800 tot $ 2,000 for this machine: 1. The cutlery tray (cassette) on the top is a very cool feature. However, when you pull put the silverware in the drawer, the drawer starts when you try to push it back into the dishwasher. You have to shake the pan from side to side alignment indicate the tray gently to close without force found. I called the support from Bosch and they said they had not heard of any problems. I asked for a replacement set of guides to see if one of these has become slightly bent. Instead of rolls made to match the rails. I tried the new rollers and exchanged the rails on one side to another is still binding. Top Notch VA Midland Appliance, Bosch repair recommended in our area came out and verified that the dishwasher had not been slightly deformed during installation. The dishwasher is a new model that had never seen before. The installer checks to bind the extended bin. He called his contact in the service of trust Bosch that has access to engineers who designed this model and was told that the bins do not bind and that there is a solution to solve this problem. So we have to live with a cutlery drawer dishwasher until this route will be replaced. 2. Twice before the door latch broke the door is closed slowly and gently, but not completely closed. When you open the door and try to close it, it stops because the block is already in the "closed". After searching the web, we found a few others reported the same problem with tips on how to lock the position solution open return is a small, sharp screwdriver to take and use the screwdriver as a lever to press down the latch until it back to the open position. When the lock works fine. One would not expect these problems to find the top model produces Bosch dishwasher. We used GE for 11 years, Easy Sliding trays and a reliable door locking system and costs 1 / 4 of the Bosch. So think twice before you this dishwasher. If enough people complain about the design flaws, and they note that people buy this model, perhaps by Bosch will address these problems in the following model. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Interested safety by Dave We have a couple of Bosch dishwashers had no problems, so we bought this machine during a recent kitchen remodel. He was installed in November 2010. Last week stopped working - no power. Instead of waiting for a craftsman, I've found some basic diagnostics and that the power connector is located directly behind the sign melted hottom was complete, and a wire loose in the metal junction box, the connector from Tyco was easy to source and I could quickly Replace - to lose business to work one day waiting for someone to Bosch. When I was surprised at the question, I have discovered some online research and that many people have the same problem reported - Bosch have apparently told them: "It is an installation problem." I find it hard to believe, it's pretty easy to connect to 3 son in touch! Bosch dishwasher recall a recent past (a problem not related). If you are looking for a reminder Bosch and compare comments, you will find people talking about this issue later on their computer generation. Although the dishwasher works well, it can not be recommended to replace the Bosch plugs with a little more tenable.
